Duane and his company purchased this property and an adjacent piece of land in Downtown Henderson, NV, and was his first foray into Commercial land development. This was in the year 2005. In the 2 years following he gained the entitlements with the city of Henderson, completed needed engineering, architectural drawings and maps and demoed the then existing structures of a residence and Flower Shop. By 2008 the economic downturn and depression occurred. The property was sold before being built. In the following years Clark County Credit Union bought the property and had contractors build the beautiful building that stands today.
